Personally
I favour the many principles that Hinduism has to offer,
and I do not decry other faiths at all. I have three
special beliefs that come from Hinduism and other faiths.
The
Meanings of the rituals are absolutely critical in this
day and age.
The rituals state in no uncertain terms that we should
have some respect for all living things.

The Chogidiyas (Recognised
Auspicious Times)
|
Chogadiyas are fixed in time. They therefore remain
constant. The chogadiyas are merely a guide; they are
not concrete, for nothing ever is in life. If we can we
try our best to conduct ceremonies within the times. If
we cannot hit the times, that is OK, and it does not mean
that things will go wrong for the couple. These are just
astrological timings that is all. God, in my belief, does
not create bad days. All days are therefore good. Have
faith.
